Join the Forest Park Conservancy for our monthly volunteer work party, hosted on the third Saturday of each month.

This month, we will be doing some restoration work in the area adjacent to Forest Park, removing non-native species in preparation for a future  tree planting event. 

When: Saturday, February 20th, 9 am to 12:30 pm

Where: We will be meeting at Pittock Mansion. If you need help finding your way there, you can view a map and/or generate driving directions here.

What: Habitat restoration (pulling English ivy, primarily) in the areas adjacent to the Pittock Mansion property.

No previous experience required. Tools, gloves and training will be provided. Please wear sturdy footwear, dress for the weather. We work in all conditions - there is no such thing as bad weather, only inappropriate clothing. Also, bring water and a snack along.

As always, we will be raffling off a few great prizes.
