DESCRIPTION:This is a restoration work party, where FPC will be removing invasive species from inside Forest Park and planting native species to help manage the natural health of the forest.\nJoin us in helping make Forest Park accessible and protecting the long term health of the trails!\nWhen: Thursday, October 28th, 9am to 12pm.\nWhat:  We will be removing invasive species.\nWhere: Birch Trailhead ( https://www.google.com/maps/place/Birch+Trail/@45.5335547,-122.7351561,17z/data=!3m1!4b1!4m5!3m4!1s0x549509bc55baa625:0xc4ebb408a5a586dd!8m2!3d45.533551!4d-122.7329621 ). Parking is limited. Carpooling encouraged!\nPack plenty of water and dress for all weather conditions. Long pants and sturdy, closed-toe shoes are required for your safety. All training, tools and work gloves will be provided.
