Wildwood Welcome Party: Pride Shake-Out Run with Portland Frontrunners and Trail Mixed Collective

A Celebration of Trees, Trails and Community

The Wildwood Welcome Party is an event focused on bringing together communities from all around Portland for a two-day event full of inclusive activities, where participants can choose from a variety of unique experiences and engage with Forest Park in ways that are fun, and relevant for them. Click here to see everything going on between June 17-18th! All events are free (thanks to support from our friends at Nike!) and open to all ages.

About The Pride Shake-Out Run

For one of the first events of the Wildwood Welcome Party, join Portland Frontrunners, Trail Mixed Collective, NIKE Trail, and the Forest Park Conservancy for shake-out run before Pride in Forest Park.

We’ll talk about safety in Forest Park, tips for running on the trails, and what’s ideal to do the day before your race.

Get tips from NIKE Trail pros and meet new friends and fellow Forest Park lovers. The event is non-competitive, free and welcome to all! We strongly encourage carpooling, using rideshare or Trimet services to attend this event. Parking is extremely limited.

We will be meeting at the Leif Gate at NW Thurman Street.

Alternative Transportation Encouraged and Rewarded
