Mark Your Calendars: Give!Guide Begins Friday, November 1st!!

Forest Park ConservancyUncategorized

It’s that time of year again, Willamette Week’s Give!Guide is returning! Give!Guide showcases amazing local nonprofits (including FPC!) as part of a massive fundraising effort to help support the work these nonprofits do. Last year, the campaign raised a whopping $8.35 million!

The work Forest Park Conservancy does would not be possible without the support of donors. Your support allows us to host work parties, train volunteers, restore trails, manage invasive species, and protect Forest Park, and now Marquam Nature Park, for all who enjoy it! If you haven’t donated to us in the past, Give!Guide is the perfect time to become an FPC supporter.

The campaign runs from Friday, November 1st through Tuesday, December 31st, with a variety of Big Give Days throughout. Big Give Days are exciting opportunities for you to win incredible prizes for supporting the causes and organizations that you love! If you donate $10 or more to Forest Park Conservancy on a Big Give Day, you are entered to win that day’s prize! There are some awesome prizes up for grabs, including Billie Ellish tickets, a $500 Powell’s Books shopping spree, a sightseeing tour from Envi Adventures, and more!

In addition, Forest Park Conservancy has some prizes and giveaways of our own!

All Donors: All donors, regardless of amount, will get a pass to the Columbia employee store! Just in time for the holidays! As well as a fun FPC sticker to show off your support.

$100+ Donors:  Donors who give $100 or more will receive Forest Park Conservancy’s Wildwood hat made by Territory Run Co.

Tennis Shoe Tuesday: Every Tuesday during the month of November, we will be giving away a pair of KEENshoes of your choosing! All Tuesday donors are automatically entered into this giveaway!

We are also working behind the scenes to plan even more incentives for our donors, so stay tuned and subscribe to our newsletter if you haven’t already!

Starting November 1st, you can support our Give!Guide efforts by visiting our profile page on giveguide.org. While you’re at it, make sure you check out all of the other awesome nonprofits participating in this year’s Give!Guide. Our friends at Bird Alliance of Oregon, Portland Parks Foundation, Coalition of Oregon Land Trusts, and more, are doing great work that deserves your love and support!
