In order to better serve our communities and inform our work, we want to hear from you! We have created a new survey for our community to give us more insights into how you think about our work. Your input lets us better understand the people we serve, what is important to you, how our work will proceed going forward, and more.
This survey should take around 5 minutes to complete, give or take a few minutes. All of the questions are optional, so feel free to skip ones that you do not want to answer or that you find personally irrelevant.

As a thank you, all survey respondents are eligible for our survey sweepstakes. Three survey responders will each receive a prize package including an FPC x Territory Run Co. hat, an FPC x Earthwell water bottle, an FPC bumper sticker, and a Forest Park map (total value of about $100). Just make sure to provide your email address at the end of the survey in the space provided so that we can contact you. The survey closes April 30th, send in your responses before then to be eligible.
