Crew Leader Training: Leadership & Community Building

Forest Park Conservancy is committed to improving the health of Forest Park, and we know our volunteer leaders are the backbone of our stewardship programs’ successes.

Unfortunately, due to the ongoing health risks associated with covid-19, FPC will be hosting our first Crew Leader training of the year via Zoom.

We will cover the basics of volunteer leadership during this time of uncertainty, the projects we’ll be managing over the coming year, and the tools and expectations of leading that are necessary to manage their volunteer teams in the field.
