Forest Bathing – A Restorative Walk through Forest Park

Come out and join Forest Park Conservancy on this calm and mindful late afternoon forest bathing walk!

During this walk, you’ll be offered a number of mindful invitations to help you slow down, engage your senses, connect with the natural world, and experience the restorative qualities of nature.

Location: Springville Road Trailhead. Forest Park, Portland, OR
Time: Thursday, August 26th; 5:30pm

Gear: Dress for the weather and expect the unexpected, including closed-toed shoes! Event Admission: Free.

Safety Protocol: All participants must register for the event. Masks are not required for participation, but we ask that participants remain socially distanced whenever possible. Please read our additional health and safety guidelines.
