Thursday Restoration Work Party, January 23rd

This is a restoration work party, where we FPC will be planting native species in efforts to revegetate areas where English Ivy and other invasive species have been recently removed.

When: Thursday, January 23rd, 9am to 12pm.

What: We will be moving material and performing tread work on trails in the Ancient Forest Preserve.

Where: Birch Trailhead. Follow link for map and directions. Parking is limited. Carpooling encouraged!

Please remember to pack plenty of water and dress for all weather conditions.

Long pants and sturdy, closed-toe shoes are required for your safety. All training, tools and work gloves will be provided.
