FPC Has a New Work Truck, Thanks to You!

Forest Park ConservancyUncategorized

Last year, our old work truck incurred a major engine problem that cost more to fix than the truck was worth. Our work truck is one of the most important pieces of equipment we use. It’s what lets us travel to the trails, carry our team, and transport equipment like rakes, buckets full of work gloves, and more.

We needed a new truck that could meet our needs, especially as a growing organization. Finding a truck that was environmentally friendly and gas efficient was going to be difficult.

So we came to you, our supporters, for help. Our community truly showed up to support us, and we are so grateful

Together, you raised $60,679.94 to help us get a new work truck!

With this truck, we will be able to more easily travel into Forest Park’s trailheads, transport our growing team, and carry all of our field equipment. When you see this truck out in the wild, know that your support is what makes the Forest Park Conservancy’swork possible.

Now that we have this new truck, we’re excited to use it out in the field! Want to join us? Sign up for a volunteer event. And if you’d like to further support our work, consider becoming an FPC member. Our volunteer and member community make everything we do possible.
