Forest Park ConservancyUncategorized

Save the date! One month until Earth Day 🌎

Join Forest Park Conservancy and our Business Partners Trailhead Credit Union, Earthwell, Wildwood Candle Co., and Fit Life PDX in celebrating the 51st anniversary of Earth Day with Earth Day Oregon on April 22nd, 2021.

We will be hosting two volunteer days in Forest Park (with new stewardship health and safety guidelines), giving away some awesome prizes to members, and offering easy ways for you to effect change in your own community and Forest Park.

Here’s how our Business Partners are supporting Forest Park on Earth Day:

  • Trailhead Credit Union is renewing its sponsorship of the Forest Park Conservancy. Trailhead Credit Union has been a Business Member of FPC since 2014 and their staff has volunteered to help us protect and restore Forest Park.
  • Wildwood Candle Company always donates 5% of their proceeds to FPC, but for Earth Day they are donating 15% of sales of their new Aspen scent from April 15-April 22nd and will be raffling these special candles to our lucky members!
  • Earthwell is donating 100% of online sales to the Forest Park Conservancy on Earth Day (4/22/21)
  • Fit Life PDX is hosting a virtual run/hike/walk fundraiser to raise funds to protect and restore Portland’s 5,200-acre urban wilderness, Forest Park! Challenge yourself to run, hike or walk their courses from 5.2 miles to 52 miles. Click here to learn more.
