Welcome to Trail Tip Tuesday!
Here are your trail tips this week:
Trail Tip #1: A majority of our most popular trails have been cleared of leaves! Thanks to our awesome independent volunteers, staff and interns, we have been able to clear about 19 miles—Barbara Walker Crossing to Firelane 1, and a big portion of Maple Trail! 🙌🏽
#2: A contractor will be doing maintenance on Leif Erikson Drive and Wiregate, Wednesday through Friday. Please be mindful of equipment and workers if you use this trail, since it will remain open. This work is critical!
#3: For the bridge out at Wildwood mile 10.0 – please be EXTRA careful in this area as it is very muddy and slippery. It is best to avoid this section of Wildwood, between Alder and Morak (or Firelane 1), if possible.
